Rebecca Price studied painting at the Slade School of Fine Art, and animation at Central St Martins. Since then, she has exhibited widely as an artist, mainly in London and around Britain, but also in Switzerland, Los Angeles, Kassel and Vienna. As an artist-in-residence she has worked with children in many schools.
 
Published works include 'Toby and the Flood' (Floris Books); 'The Secret Garden' and 'The Wind in the Willows' (for The Children's Classics Collection, Sweet Cherry Publishing); six self-help books on mental health for children (Jessica Kingsley Publishers); three children's booklets on meditation (Friends House Publications); and illustrations for a nursery rhyme CD (Sage Gateshead). Earlier she worked for 10 years as the weekly illustrator for a children's magazine. 

Rebecca specialises in drawing children, particularly depicting their emotions and their relationship to the natural world. She lives with her family in the far north of Scotland.
