Rebecca Price studied painting at the Slade School of Fine Art, and animation at Central St Martins. Since then, she has exhibited widely as an artist, mainly in London and around Britain, but also in Switzerland, Los Angeles, Kassel and Vienna. As an artist-in-residence she has worked with children in many schools.
 
Published works include 'Toby and the Flood' (Floris Books); 'The Secret Garden' and 'The Wind in the Willows' (for The Children's Classics Collection, Sweet Cherry Publishing); seven self-help books on mental health for children (Jessica Kingsley Publishers); 'The Big Test' and 'The Unstoppable Duo' (Austin's Amazing Adventures series by Dave the Blind Poet) for Touchspot Audio; 12 'Music Stories' to illustrate workshops for the Emma Johnson Music Foundation; three children's booklets on meditation (Friends House Publications); and illustrations for a nursery rhyme CD (Sage Gateshead). Earlier she worked for 10 years as the weekly illustrator for a children's magazine. 

After living for most of her life in and around London, Rebecca has recently moved to the north of Scotland.
